Visual Identity & Style Guide
This project is a visual identity and branding guidelines book in order to brand myself, Riza, an illustrator, designer, and paper crafter, as if I were a brand. As an artist, I am drawn to bold colors, simple shapes, drawn illustrations, and interactive elements when I make art.
Inspired by children’s books with moving flaps and elements you can stick on, I wanted to incorporate that kind of play into a book for grown-up designers. I wanted this project to emulate a playfulness with the shapes and color used while also presenting the information in a well-designed way.
A mock-up of a half and half brochure featuring the history of the English alphabet.
